RITA Foundation participates in URI Supply Chain Night

[Kingston, RI. Oct. 2, 2024] RITA Foundation Chair Steve Soares and RITA President Chris Maxwell participated in the University of Rhode Island College of Business Supply Chain Night.

The event allows students seeking internships and careers in transportation and supply chain to network and engage with an array of companies to discuss opportunities. URI’s program, one of the top in the country, has grown in popularity and is producing the next generation of industry leaders who, at this event, present themselves professionally and provide resumes to participating vendors.

Clark and Dolan were recently selected to the ATA’s 2024 ‘Trucking U’ Program and will travel to Nashville, TN, in October to represent URI at the ATA’s Management Conference & Exhibition. The RITA Foundation annually supports ‘Trucking U’ and URI students and congratulates them on this honor.
